The second interview in the series, for April, features Maati Atili, Transport Manager at Consfutur.

With over twenty-five years at the company, he started out as a labourer and gradually took on greater responsibility, going on to coordinate the transport department.

His role lies at a critical stage in the process. It includes route planning and materials provisioning, responding to day-to-day needs and ensuring each project phase has the resources it needs at the right time.

Added to this is the need to manage the unexpected, which involves reorganising tasks, adjusting priorities and making real-time decisions to keep the project moving ahead.
