Rights of the data subject
PROMOFUTUR INSULAR S.L. would like to inform users that they may exercise their right of access, right to rectification, right to erasure, right to restrict processing, right to data portability, and the right to object to the data controller, and may also withdraw the consent provided.
- Right of access: the user has the right to obtain information about their specific personal data, and how it is being or has been processed, as well as information available on the origin of said data, and any data transfers, whether foreseen or already conducted.
- Right to rectification: this refers to the data subject’s right to modify any data that proves to be inaccurate or incomplete.
