A well-tended garden reminiscent of France and an elegant construction of Proven\u00e7al airs are at the core of Sa Bassa, a splendid estate built by Consfutur between L\u2019Alqueria Blanca and Santany\u00ed. Nestled in a plot of almost 20,000m\u00b2 with ochre land and verdant olive trees, the property \u2014 with its cheerful blue touches, \u2014 is an elegant and sophisticated country retreat divided into four buildings: the main house, with four bedrooms; the garage, with a large porch with barbecue; a gym equipped with changing rooms; and a covered terrace to unwind after a dip in the impressive pool.<\/p>\n

The traditional lime mortar on the fa\u00e7ade, the exterior framework in Foster model iron, and the grey Zarci natural stone that covers some of the walls as a stone lining with a joint, give the property an unmistakably Mediterranean touch, the result of Consfutur’s in-depth knowledge of Mallorcan construction techniques. This is amplified in the interior, where the fine custom-built furniture with straight lines in microcement, the iroko wood beams, the natural fabrics, the extraordinary forged staircase, and the doors and windows in a clean neo-rural style end up creating an atmosphere that is refined and welcoming at the same time. In each of these elements, you can see Consfutur’s meticulous and delicate work, as well as its mastery of both its handmade and state-of-the art construction techniques and technologies on the market.<\/p>\n

The spacious kitchen, designed for the owners to prepare delicious recipes in the company of loved ones, has a generous dining area that opens completely onto the pool porch. The same goes for the living room, which has a huge sofa and a stately fireplace around which to gather in the winter. In this way, the house, of more than 770 square metres gross floor area, looks out onto the island to the enjoy the long and hedonistic Mallorca days.<\/p>\n

For this project, Consfutur’s goal was to build a space that invites the homeowner to share and enjoy every little moment of the day.
